The mission of The Bone Marrow Foundation is to improve the quality of life for bone marrow transplant patients and their families by providing financial aid, education and emotional support. The Patient Aid Program covers the cost for donor searches, compatibility testing, bone marrow procurement, medication, transportation, housing expenses and many other ancillary costs associated with a transplant.

The Caitlin Raymond International Registry
The University of Massachusetts Medical Center is a comprehensive resource for patients and physicians conducting a search for unrelated bone marrow or cord blood donor. The Registry accesses more than 2.2 million donors internationally (not including the donor panel of the U.S. National Marrow Donor Program).
